Hello fellow Howrse Art users,

We have decided to make a slight change in the rules for sanctions.
Every sanction will "wear off" after a certain time. We are going to start recording dates. Depending on the sanction will determine the time it will wear off.

This means that we are now restarting with sanctions =)
